Mashed potatoes are among the simplest and most satisfying potato dishes, enjoy this easy recipe for fluffy, flavourful mash!
- 1.20kg potatoes, cut into cubes
- 10ml Knorr Aromat Original Seasoning
- 40g butter
Place potatoes in a pot and cover with cold water and bring to the boil. Cook until tender and strain water.
Put potatoes back into pot and add butter and Knorr Aromat Origial Seasoning. Using a potato masher, pound the potatoes until smooth.
Adjust the seasoning with Knorr Aromat to taste.
After mashing the potatoes, 200 ml of milk can be added for even creamier mash.
